Rotational Hitchbar is only used on our Swivelwheel-DW58 and the Swivelwheel-DW58 Tandem Tow Systems. Allows for pivoting up and down, and left to right to keep both wheels on the ground no matter what transition or incline you go through to prevent stress on your tow-vehicle.
